Dear athletes and parents:

Snow may still be on the ground but the weather is slowly changing.  It’s slowly getting warmer.  The sun is starting to shine more and more.  It’s making you feel like you want to get up, get up and get out of here!   It is TIME FOR TRACK.

In order to participate in track your son or daughter needs to be signed up.  If you have already signed up for track GREAT!!  If you haven’t signed up yet go to the website  Under the welcome (in green and gold) Click on FORM SIGNUP and follow the Highlights.  You may have already done this for another sport but it has to be done also for track in order to get on the track roster and for you to choose a shirt sizes.

Track starts April 3rd.

This practice schedule will run until the meet (rain or shine.)

The RPAL Track Meet is scheduled for Saturday, May 20th.

Monday, May 22nd will be the track banquet.

Expectations:  Athletes should be ready to run on the first full day of practice.  Please make sure your child has appropriate running shoes.  We will be practicing outside as much as possible so athletes should dress accordingly.  Wearing layers is a good idea because they can always be removed if necessary.  If it rains we will still have practice.
